Guidelines for requesting new forums

To request a forum be added:
1) Submit a topic labeled "Forum Request - (name of forum)" in Feedback
2) Topic should include the Forum name and description to be used
3) Five (5) members must support the creation of the forum by posting under the topic. OT forums require 10 members to support.
4) Forums will be monitored, if less than 10 posts are made within a 30 day time period the Forum will be suspended. Another request to re-activate must be submitted via the Feedback forum. "Forum Reactivation - (name of forum). Again, five members must support.
5) Forum administrators will review all requests and make adjustments/recommendations as necessary.
The goal of the forums is to support communication among the group primarily in the Star Wars hobby. OT Forums will be considered but on a limited basis. Too many forums or very specialized forums will reduce the effectiveness of the forums as a whole.
Administrators have final say in regards to creation, modification and suspensions of all forums, topics, etc.
