The August 2012 meeting of DCSWCC will be held on Saturday, August 11th from 1:00 to 4:30 at the Thomas Jefferson Library in Falls Church, VA.

We will be setting up our entire booth on Saturday, to practice. So we need everyone to bring their booth materials, tools, etc.
(Matt, this includes the storage bins, if possible
(Bob, this includes the cornhole game)
(Martin, this includes everything else)
(everybody else, this includes any display items that you might be lending us)
We will also be testing out the bean bag toss and photo-op.

Those of you who are driving to Orlando and offered to carry stuff, we will be handing off boxes etc. to you.
