Summer Social - 9/20/08

The 5th annual Summer Social (aka Fall Social) will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2008 from 12-5pm at the Fairbanks Farm.
This should be an exciting social with the release of the Clone Wars movie and the upcoming TV shows. So join us for a day of fun with your fellow collectors, friends, and families. There will be plenty of activities for both the kids and the kids at heart - including a NEW game that is sure to get some laughs. Food, fun, and sun will make for a great time. There will also be a FREE members raffle and an exclusive member gift bag including the annual DCSWCC proof card - only available if you attend the social. So what are you waiting for!

The club will be providing the hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie options and drinks --- you are asked to bring an item for the potluck. We are also in need of volunteers to pick up some of the club provided items - keep the receipts and you will be reimbursed. Please help us out! Go to this thread:

DO NOT GO RIVER ROAD ALL THE WAY FROM THE BELTWAY.

It appears that among all our Summer Social posts, we failed to announce the admission fee.
The cost will be $3 per person, with a maximum of $10 per family. This gets you all the food you can eat, one FREE goodie bag per dues-paid member, one FREE raffle ticket per dues-paid member, and hours of fun in the sun.
